چکیده
In the face of increasingly serious environmental pollution, health human lung tissues is also facing threats. Mogroside ⅡE (M2E) main metabolite sweetening agents mogrosides from anti-tussive Chinese herbal Siraitia Grosvenori. The study elucidated anti-inflammatory action and molecular mechanism M2E against acute injury (ALI). A lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced ALI model was established in mice MH-S cells were employed to explore protective through western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, quantitative real time-PCR analysis. results indicated that alleviated LPS-induced restraining activation Secreted phospholipase A2 type IIA (Pla2g2a) -Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). interaction Pla2g2a EGFR identified by co-immunoprecipitation. addition, protected induced with LPS inflammatory damage which significantly dependent upon downregulation AKT mTOR via inhibition Pla2g2a-EGFR. may represent a potential target for improvement injury, promising strategy treat ALI.

Cucurbitane glycosides derived from mogroside IIE: structure-taste relationships, antioxidant activity, and acute toxicity.
Mogroside IIE is a bitter triterpenoid saponin which is the main component of unripe Luo Han Guo fruit and a precursor of the commercially available sweetener mogroside V. In this study, we developed an enzymatic glycosyl transfer method, by which bitter mogroside IIE could be converted into a sweet triterpenoid saponin mixture. The reactant concentration, temperature, pH and buffer system were...
متن کاملInhibition of nuclear factor-κB signal by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate alleviates lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury
This study mainly studied the effect of inhibition of nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) signal by pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (PDTC) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory response, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction in a murine acute lung injury model. The results showed that LPS exposure activated NF-κB and its upstream proteins and caused lung inflammation, oxidative stress, a...
متن کاملGeraniol alleviates LPS-induced acute lung injury in mice via inhibiting inflammation and apoptosis
Geraniol (GOH), a special type of acyclic monoterpene alcohol, has been widely used to treat many diseases associated with inflammation and apoptosis. Acute lung injury (ALI) is a common clinical disease in humans characterized by pulmonary inflammation and apoptosis. In the present study, we investigated the protective effects of GOH in a mouse model of ALI induced by the intranasal administra...

Objective(s): Asiaticoside (AS) displays anti-inflammation, and anti-apoptosis effect, but the role of AS in hyperoxia-induced lung injury (HILI) treatment is undefined. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of AS on HILI on premature rats and alveolar type II (AEC II) cells.Materials and Methods: Sprague-Dawley...
متن کاملVitamin D alleviates lipopolysaccharide-induced acute lung injury via regulation of the renin-angiotensin system
Acute lung injury (ALI) and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) are the clinical manifestations of severe lung damage and respiratory failure. ALI and ARDS result are associated with high mortality in patients. At present, no effective treatments for ALI and ARDS exist. It is established that vitamin D exhibits anti‑inflammatory effects, however, the specific effect of vitamin D on ALI r...
